Sortation Systems

The compact size of 8.4’ x 3’ and multiple level design maximizes packing density while minimizing floor space consumption. The Robotic Collator is a multiple bottle order collation system designed to work with Puck Based and Bottle Only Mail Order & Central Fill fulfillment systems. Designed to perform both Dispense to Ship (DTS) and Tote Merge of multiple bottle orders. Bottle (orders) are fed into the system on the single infeed lane. The robot is configured to perform both DTS and Tote Merge or multiple bottle orders. The system picks and assigns bottles to a temporary storage pockets while waiting for mates. Once all bottles (mates) for an order are collected, the Robotic Collator then performs the DTS or Tote Merge operation.
